We are encouraging clubs to send up to two representatives, one who is knowledgeable about their boys program and one who is knowledgeable about their girls program. Attendees only interested in the girls game would attend from 11:15 to 4:00. And those only focused on the boys game could attend from 9:00 to 1:45. Those dedicated folks deeply entrenched in both boys and girls programs will enjoy spending the whole day with us.
This is the point in the year when we re-visit existing NCJLA rules, policies and procedures. We will discuss and make recommendations for changes or additions for the next season.
9:00 am – 11:00 am Boys Program
- review topics such as season start and end dates, game scheduling, conferences, A B C competitive levels, any topic that relates only to the boys game.
11:15 am - 1:45 pm (w/short break for lunch) League-wide Topics
– review topics that span both the boys and the girls programs, such as NCJLA Certified Coach program, rosters, player eligibility, side line managers, etc…
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Girls Program
– review issues that only effect girls teams, such as game scheduling, Girls Play Day, end of season format, etc…
