What’s the Delegates Meeting?
An all day event for NCJLA club leadership to review the prior year and set the stage for the coming season.   The vendor fair takes place during lunch, which is an hour plus, around noon.  I’ll send exact set up and tear down times as we get closer to the event.
 
Who Attends?
NCJLA has 53 active clubs, and each club sends an average of two people.  Add NCJLA staff, commissioners and board members and we’re looking at approximately 130 key decision makers spanning all Northern California youth and high school club lacrosse programs.  The NCJLA has over 10,000 participants, so your time and effort will be well spent.
 
What is supplied?
One standard rectangular table per vendor and two chairs.  You can bring anything that will fit within that small space.  Room space is smaller than last year, so please no free standing displays that take up more than a standard 8 foot table space.  No hanging on walls, just tabletop displays or signage.
 
Provide Givaways and Raffle Items?
We would love to help you promote your products or services by raffling off a few nice items or camp or service.  You can let us know what you can donate when you reserve your space.
